FARMING

Because of a unique combination of contemporary technology, over three generations of traditional agricultural experience, and the topography of Ratnagiri, we are able to control pests, diseases, and nutrients in our orchards using organic methods, resulting in an environment that is similar to a forest. We are able to provide organic mangoes to your plates anywhere in the world thanks to our natural and sustainable ways.

HARVESTING

With years of knowledge and a keen eye, our mangolatiers know when to harvest mangoes for maximum sugar development and ripeness. In the ancient custom, these are let to naturally ripen in layers of penda (rice hay), free from additives and intermediaries.

SELECTING

To eliminate any fruits with stains, damage, or skin faults, a thorough three-stage screening process is carried out based on size, shape, and visible defects. Our mangolitiers make sure you receive the best product from the farms to our distribution centers—on the interior as well as the outside!

PACKAGING

Our custom-made, six-ply top-bottom boxes are of export standard and are filled with the finest fruits. Both the primary and secondary packing have enough ventilation, and they are sleeved to minimize bruising or damage during transit.

SHIPPING

Once an order is placed online, we collaborate with our local delivery partners to ensure the swift and secure delivery of our mangoes from our orchards to cities like Mumbai and Pune. Rest assured, we are actively working towards expanding our delivery network to reach more cities in the near future. Pairee

This is a little different from the other delicious mango in the Mad Over Hapus collection. Has a sharp edge and a plump alphonso-like appearance. As it ripens, it gets black dots. Though it may not appear particularly appealing, wait until you split it open to enjoy its juicy texture and sweet, acidic flavor. Some of our customers even say that the Pairee is better than the hapus. India’s homes tend to favor pairee when crafting aamras.

If alphonso is the king of fruits, the kesar is his queen. A bright saffron colour and a long slender shape are the outer features while a supremely sweet flavour is the unique feature of the kesar.
